Synopsis

Sibel's husband is hospitalized with liver failure and waiting in line for an organ transplant. Due to the urgency of the situation and the long queue, Sibel starts looking for an organ donor on her own. Osman, her husband's older brother, seems to be a suitable donor, but past disagreements and his own health problems cause Osman's wife to take a negative approach to the situation.

While Sibel tries to convince Osman's wife, she also tries to raise money for Osman's debts by selling milk on the streets. However, her husband's condition deteriorates rapidly and time is running out. Feeling under pressure, Sibel starts mixing water into the milk to make money faster.
